Our newest player of last week is Aaron “Heart” Hart , for being the perfect recipient over the week of Valentines Day. THIS IS THE ONLY REASON HE WON…… NOT

Aaron lit the lamp twice last Sunday, adding another assist to lift St. Louis Bar & Grill over Dynamic Tire in a thrilling 4-3 victory.

Aaron and the St. Louis team is keeping the top of the standings on their toes, sitting back in 4th place only 3 points back from top spot.

The player of the week is Yoni Kanfi with 3 assists to lead Canada Stays past Zubco in a hard fought 5-3 victory. Zubco and Canada Stays traded goals in the first two periods before Yoni took over setting up the game winning goal on a beautiful cross crease pass.

Canada Stays continues to win hard fought games, lead by a well balanced offence and a desire to put their past years at the bottom of the league behind them.

The winner of the Player of the Week award is Max Risen of Colliers with 2 goals and 1 assist on Sunday night, clawing back in the 3rd period against Dynamic.

Despite the loss, Mr. Risen came out swinging Sunday night, trying to inspire his compadres in a last ditch effort for glory. Max, you may not have been able to inspire your teammates, but you sure had us catching feelings. Keep up that energy and fight!

2020’s very first Player of the Week is Jesse Kronick of Canada Stays, with a show stopping 4 goals and 1 assist on Sunday night.

Canada Stays first overall pick in the 2019 FHSHA draft has split the seas and lead Canada Stays out from the bottom of league standings into the top spot. Jesse is now second in league scoring and has yet to break a sweat.

Honourable mention to Mr. Turyk for another 4 goal and 1 assist performance to further secure his top spot in league scoring.
